At Giftastique, every personalised item is made to order with care.

Personalised Items

Because our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

·       Spelling or wording errors submitted by the customer

·       Change of mind

·       Incorrect information provided during ordering

·       Preference changes after production has started

Please carefully review all personalisation details before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we encourage customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giftastiqueuk@gmail.com.

Please include:

·       Your order number

·       A description of the issue

·       Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

·       A replacement

·       A refund

·       Store credit

depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly for personalised items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
