Products & Personalisation

Giftastique specialises in personalised greeting cards and gifts.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details provided are accurate before placing an order, including:

· Messages

· Spelling

· Grammar

· Capitalisation

Orders will be produced exactly as submitted.

We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation request containing offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to display products and colours accurately.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing processes.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at checkout before production begins.

Order Processing & Cancellation

All items are made to order.

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly for personalised items.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Giftastique is not responsible for delays caused by:

· Postal services

· Customs processing

· Weather conditions

· Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

· Customer spelling or wording errors

· Incorrect information submitted during ordering

· Change of mind

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giftastiqueuk@gmail.com with photos and order details.

Approved resolutions may include:

· Replacement

· Refund

· Store credit
