By placing an order with Giftastique, you agree to the following personalisation terms:

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalisation details before submitting an order, including:

·       Names

·       Dates

·       Messages

·       Spelling

·       Grammar

·       Capitalisation

Orders will be produced exactly as entered.

Design & Colour Variations

Actual printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Production Process

Once production has started, personalisation changes may not be possible.

Refusal of Content

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests containing offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Handmade & Custom Nature

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in placement, colour, or finishing may occur and are not considered defects.
