How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your personalised details in the personalisation box on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Please double-check all names, dates, messages, spelling, and grammar before placing your order, as items are produced exactly as submitted.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
We can only make changes within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this time, production may already have started and changes may not be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible at Tracy@giftastique.co.uk if you need assistance.
How long does delivery take?
Production Time
All items are made to order and typically take 1–3 business days to produce.
UK Delivery
Estimated shipping time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within the UK.
If international shipping becomes available, delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
·      Spelling mistakes submitted by the customer
·      Incorrect personalisation details provided during ordering
·      Change of mind
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email Tracy@giftastique.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and include:
·      Your order number
·      A description of the issue
·      Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Will my item look exactly like the preview photos?
We do our best to display colours and designs accurately.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
·      Screen brightness and monitor settings
·      Printing processes
·      Handmade/custom production
Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Do you send tracking information?
Yes — tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase because production begins quickly for personalised products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify, including major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
